About Charlie
Charlie Fewell works with the people who run organizations and the people who are on the front line making sure that the customers, the vendors, the strategic partners, and the boss are all getting the results that will take their business to the next level. He is available for skill-building, training, leadership consulting, one-on-one coaching, and often a motivational keynote. He has worked with large publicly traded companies, large privately owned companies, and small owner-managed businesses across a wide range of industry segments. This guy can work with the mechanics and the engineers, as well as the creative types. He can deal with the sales people and the finance guys. And he's just as effective with the big dogs upstairs as he is with the crew on the loading dock.
Charlie spent more than 30 high-octane years in the automotive business. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry during his career. Charlie has been a regional service/sales manager, technical trainer, management trainer, and training manager. He has worked in the manufacturing environment, the franchise space, with service businesses, warehouse distribution, and other supplier networks.
In 2005, Charlie Fewell established his own successful training, speaking, and consulting firm: Charlie Fewell & Associates. Since then he has brought his straight-talking, no-nonsense, results-oriented style to a whole host of different industry sectors including wholesale distribution, medical, insurance, and legal.
Charlie is also an accomplished speaker for national trade associations and corporate organizations. He is a published author and regular contributor to industry and education publications such as Network Magazine, The Cooling Journal and AutoInc., the publication of the Automotive Service Association. He has received awards from several industry groups for his contributions, including the National Automotive Radiator Service Association and the Excellence in Education Award from the Automotive Cooling Journal.
